Members of the
Texoma Council of Governments' Natural Resources Advisory
Committee are appointed by the TCOG Governing Body and serve
according to the Bylaws of the Committee. The NRAC acts as
the regional solid waste advisory committee, as required by
contractual obligations between TCOG and the TCEQ as well as
State regulations. The makeup of the Committee follows
State regulations [30
TAC 330.639(a)], which in part states, "...members who represent a broad range of
interests, including a representative of the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality, public
officials, private operators, citizen groups, and interested
individuals." If you are interested in being

Note that all terms of office expire on May 31 of the year
indicated and, under the Bylaws, members may be re-appointed for
three year terms.
